SOLUTIONS
for Kontakt libraries

If a missing files warning appears when you load an instrument, it does not mean the product is faulty. It is normal behavior in Kontakt when it cannot find the path where the samples are stored on your computer.

The solution is to link the folder where all of the instrument files are located (.NKI files and audio samples). This video playlist shows you how to correctly link the folders and directories in Kontakt, step by step.

To prevent this warning from appearing again, store your libraries in a fixed location within your storage drive. Avoid moving them, since any change of path will force Kontakt to locate the files all over again.
